The package is delivered according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer and is delivered to the recipient against signature of a delivery note (depending on the delivery method).
What are the delivery times ?
We prepare and ship orders within 2 business days. From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:
2 to 5 working days in letter followed for Metropolitan France
2 to 5 working days in Colissimo for Metropolitan France
5 to 10 working days in international Colissimo
During peak periods such as Christmas or sales, the GALBO team reserves the right to extend the shipping time to 72 hours.
The Customer must return the product at his expense (except if the product is not compliant or has a manufacturing defect)
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days, upon receipt of your package, to return your items. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted.
